The App performs automated analysis of facial beauty, symmetry, and proportions, incorporating structured proportional principles developed through original research in Orthodontics.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Facial Image Data: The App receives user-uploaded frontal facial images for aesthetic grading and analysis using automated algorithms for Beauty Index, symmetry and proportions to generate a beauty score out of 100.

3.2 Technical Data: The App collects your email address and records of access, including timestamps of logins and image uploads, and optional inputs such as names, comments, or feedback.

4. How We Use the Information

We use information to analyze facial beauty, symmetry, and proportions and generate a quantified aesthetic score using automated algorithms, solely for providing the requested analysis. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. We do not use user-uploaded images for AI model training.

5. AI Disclosure

All analysis and results are generated by automated algorithms without human intervention. The App performs analytical processing only and does not enhance, simulate, modify or reconstruct facial images. User-uploaded images are used solely for the purpose of generating the requested analysis and are not used to train AI models.

6. Image Handling and Retention

Uploaded images are processed on secure servers solely for generating AI-based aesthetic scores. No human review is involved. Facial images with drawings and scores are shared instantly to the user for download. Uploaded facial images, scores, and comments are stored in the AI database for up to two (2) years for record-keeping purposes. User-uploaded images are processed exclusively within our system and are not shared with third parties.

7. User Consent

This App should only be used by anyone who is 18 years and above old. By uploading a photograph, you consent to its processing for facial aesthetic analysis, including the generation of scores, and to the storage of associated data for up to two (2) years.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse. All image analysis and computation are performed within our system and are not carried out using external AI or image processing services.

9. Third-Party Access

User-uploaded images and associated personal data are not shared with third parties for processing. Third-party services (such as authentication providers) may be used for account access but do not have access to user images.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
